our story
Our founder, Eleanor March, is a passionate advocate for teachers everywhere empowering them to become confident educators of those learners with Down syndrome or complex needs in the mainstream classroom. Eleanor has almost twenty years of experience in education in roles including a Specialist Teacher for Down syndrome and complex needs, qualified SENCO and experienced senior leader in mainstream schools as well as holding a masters qualification in SEND.

Online training and packages of support in Down syndrome education and supporting learners with a learning disability.
We can offer a range of online training sessions in Down syndrome Education and supporting those learners with a learning disability including whole staff training, staff consultations to support the learning needs of individual pupils or bespoke packages of Specialist Teacher support.
SEND educational consultancy support for school Leaders
Whether you are looking to set up a new extended provision in your school, seeking advice on how to improve the outcomes of those learners with SEND in your setting or looking for training in adaptive teaching, we are here to support you.

We have a range of downloadable resources that can be used to support you with inclusive practice in your classroom as well as ‘on demand’ bitesize training packages
