Here at Elenmar Education we understand how challenging the role of the SENCO can be. This 45 minute-1 hour coaching session is run with a ‘solution circle’ approach, aiming to help SENCOs to problem solve challenges that they are experiencing in their setting and to support SENCO wellbeing and mental health. This session is run by and experienced SENCO with a proven track record of leading SEND provision within a mainstream setting to an outstanding OFSTED grading.
